What We’ll Do
Friday
Arrive at accommodation from 16:00 onwards, get settled and enjoy a relaxed evening getting to know each other with fun games to help you get to know your fellow hikers followed by a relaxed discussion and exploration of your goals for the weekend.
After a group dinner we will have an evening of sip & paint so you can get to know each other and get creative.
Before bed we'll have a quick brief to discuss our plan for our Saturday hike.
Saturday
After breakfast we’ll head out for a full day hike in Eryri.
The route will be chosen based on the weather and the group, so there’s no need to worry about fitness levels, the focus is on enjoying the day together. We’ll aim to summit at least one peak and stop along the way for a packed lunch with some incredible views with a quick pub stop after the walk.
After returning to the accommodation around 1600, there’ll be time to relax and recharge before a self-catered dinner.
In the evening we'll get cosy with an introduction to the emotional freedom technique (EFT) to support positive mental health, followed by a guided evening meditation session.
Sunday
On Sunday morning, after our breakfast (included) we will head to a local llyn for a wild swim before returning to our accommodation to pack up.
You'll be able to leave your bags at the accommodation as we head out for a shorter lunchtime walk.
We’ll finish up in the mid afternoon, giving you time to travel home feeling refreshed, accomplished, and full of good memories.
All good adventures must come to an end, but you’ll leave with new friendships, shared stories, and that unmistakable post-weekend glow that comes from time spent outside, moving your body, and switching off from everyday life.
